She emphasized the need to overcome past inertia and divisions, urging stakeholders to rebuild confidence and champion innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Key themes outlined included integrating culture into national development planning, reforming policy and legal frameworks, promoting indigenous languages and heritage, and creating a dynamic, inclusive space for all creatives. Participants raised concerns about politicization within the sector, the need for financial inclusion, and greater recognition of women\u2019s contributions.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Divine Kwame Owusu Ansah, Director of Culture and Creative Arts at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, who represented the sector Minister, Hon.
