Accra, Ghana – February 25, 2026 — Renowned Ghanaian musician Kojo Antwi, popularly known as Mr Music Man, has agreed to collaborate with the Pan African Writers Association (PAWA) to translate his newly released book, MR MUSIC MAN: THE JOURNEY, into other official Pan-African languages.
The decision was reached during Antwi’s visit to PAWA House in Accra, where he formally presented copies of the book to the PAWA Secretary General, Dr Wale Okediran.
The book, launched on February 13, 2026, at the Labadi Beach Hotel, has been described as a memoir chronicling Antwi’s musical journey, personal life, and legacy. It captures the life and times of the multi-talented artist, also known as The Maestro, whose influence spans Afropop, highlife, and reggae music across the West African sub-region.
The collaboration with PAWA is expected to enhance the continental reach of the memoir by promoting cross-cultural understanding and ensuring wider access to Antwi’s story among diverse African audiences, in line with PAWA’s mandate of advancing African literature and storytelling across language barriers.
